This Policy explains what information we collect when you visit hungerfree.site (the "Site") or buy Manifestor (the "Product"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Purchase information. When you buy, the checkout is run by Hotmart. Hotmart collects your name, email, phone number and payment details. We receive your name, email, phone number and the details of your order. We never see or store your full card number.
- Browsing information. When you visit the Site we collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page you came from, the ad you clicked (for example the campaign parameters in the link) and how you interact with the page and the video.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
We use first-party cookies to recognize your visit (for example a session identifier) and the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies such as _fbp. We also send some of these events from our own server to Meta through the Meta Conversions API. This helps us measure which ads work and show our ads to people who are more likely to be interested. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver the Product and give you access to it.
- To answer your support requests and process refunds.
- To measure and improve our ads, our pages and our videos.
- To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.
- To meet legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business: Hotmart (payments and order processing), Meta Platforms (ad measurement, using hashed contact details where possible), our video hosting provider, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. We do not sell your personal information for money.
5. How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as needed to provide the Product, handle refunds and meet tax and legal requirements. Browsing data used for ad measurement is kept only as long as it is useful for that purpose.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example California or another US state with a privacy law), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising. To make a request, email support@hungerfree.site. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
7. Children
The Site and the Product are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
